The festival features an array of Canadian talent. Taking the stage are CANADIAN IDOL finalist Martin Kerr, five U22 artist, Memphis Belle and Homesun and folkfest Folkfest performers Karla Anderson, Brian McLeod and Jenie Thai. The celebration will begin at 11 a.m. with a free peace service led by international speaker Rev. Dr .Patrick Cameron, a former actor in movies such as the Goonies and Lethal Weapon 1 & 2 and television series such as Falcon Crest, Hunter, the A-Team and T.J. Hooker. Patrick is currently the spiritual director of the Centre for Spiritual Living in Edmonton. The concert that follows is priced at only $25 for adults and free to children under age 12, who will also be provided with a dedicated children’s program. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $30.00. A BBQ, and concession will also be available.
